Take control of your health. Three decades ago, the food available was mostly fresh and grown locally. Understand that excessive sugar/fructose consumption leads to insulin resistance, the root cause of some if not most cronic disease.Healthy fat like animal fat, cocconut oil etc helps body absorb important vitamins like vitamine A, D and E, especially for infant and toddlers for proper growth and development. Whereas, hydrogeneted oil creates incridebly harmful tras fat. Our diet concious population consumes far too little healthy fat and much too high sugar, the combination of too much sugar/fructose and too little healthy fat is driving cronic disease rate through the roof.
